Co-Founder & CEO | OperatorEmily brings over a decade of frontline experience in affordable housing and homelessness prevention, rooted in her background as a former social worker and licensed therapist. She has deep operator-level expertise across lease-up, eligibility, compliance, and resident workflows — making her uniquely equipped to design systems that reflect how affordable housing actually works on the ground. Emily also built and scaled a mental health practice, doubling revenue in two years, demonstrating her ability to grow mission-driven organizations with rigor and care. She is a Robin Hood Foundation Blue Ridge Labs Catalyst (2025) and an Urban Design Forum Big Swings Fellow — recognized by two of New York's leading civic innovation institutions for her work at the intersection of housing and technology.
Satya Maganti
Co-Founder & CTOSatya brings over 20 years of experience building large-scale civic and housing technology systems that millions of people rely on. He served as the technical architect of NYC Housing Connect 2.0 and the Section 8 landlord systems — two of the most critical pieces of public housing infrastructure in the United States. His experience integrating with HPD, HRA, and public-sector housing infrastructure gives Axcces an unmatched foundation of compliance knowledge and system interoperability. As an immigrant founder who navigated housing access challenges firsthand, Satya brings both the technical depth and the lived understanding needed to build technology that genuinely serves the people who need affordable housing most.
